Wearing Red for Ed

Over the last few weeks, FFT and other teachers unions across the state have been wearing Red for Ed in support of our brothers and sisters who are in contract fights. Recently we have worn red for the Lawrence Teachers, the Hempstead Teachers, and the Rochester Teachers. While it may seem small, this simple act of solidarity not only lets these teachers know that we support them and have their backs, but also lets our administration know that we are united. As you can see on our Facebook page, many of our members have taken part. Please continue to Wear Red for Ed and sure to send us the photos from your buildings.
