The American Cancer Society’s Making Strides Against Breast Cancer Walk was held on Sunday, October 19, 2025. More than 60,000 people, along with Team Farmingdale, walked united at Jones Beach State Park Field 5. Donned in pink, Team Farmingdale celebrated survivors and raised awareness about breast cancer by walking in the annual event. This year, the Federation of Teachers raised over $2,000.00 for the ACS.
