FFT CHR Mission Statement
The FFT Civil and Human Rights Committee believes that a strong commitment to social justice, equity, and diversity is a top priority. Our success will be determined by our efforts to address and eliminate obstacles to these commitments. To this end, we will endeavor to educate and engage our union members in this work. We will plan and implement initiatives to promote social justice, equity, and diversity within the FFT. We believe that this essential work will strengthen, deepen, and unify both the Farmingdale schools and the greater Farmingdale community.
